#SheDeserves campaign is an empowerment program aiming at promoting and keeping young girls in school. At this level we are specifically targeting the young girls in schools, to impact & influence them for a greater future, develop & equip them to live life full of purpose, motivated by services to humanity & driven by sustainable results to achieve a community that is Sustainable & Economically successful.

In doing so we are achieving the following sustainably development goals:

SDG 3: Good Health and Well - being...

- Ensure healthy lives and promote well being for all at all ages.

SDG 4: Quality Education

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote life - long leaving opportunities for all.

SDG 5: Gender Equality

- achieving gender equality by empowering all girl's and women.

2. How to choose pads.

3. Tips for menstrual cramps relief.

4. Talk about period calendar.
